The Cameraman
There is something about this portrait that really gets me. The look in the eyes and slight smirk to the lips. No cropping...minimal editing.

I commented on this in your DPC portfolio, but thought I'd comment here as well. I really like this portrait -- he's a handsome guy with a great expression -- and the exposure and clarity are just perfect.
